Sorry, quarter horses are not able to reach 17.1 hands, accepted after you change the height.

I own an AQHA registered full Quarter Horse that is 17.2hh in real life. What about 16.1hands, will you accept that?

Then it must not be a pure bred..And yes i will.
Heights range from 14.3 to 15.1 hands and weights from 1,100 to 1,300 pounds
But i will accept a 16.1 hand..

Hmm.. are you sure? Today, it's hard to find a Quarter Horse under 15.2 hands .. even if they are purebred. There are also some Quarter Horses that have one parent that is 15.3 hands and one that is 15.1 hands, and they come out around 17 hands. There is a Congress or World champion that it happened to.. I'll have to research it for you. Just like how they bred the Quarter Horse halter horses to have a HUGE build, they are breeding the average Quarter Horse to have a larger size. But I updated it.
